BY 2019 70% OF OUR HERBS AND VEGETABLE NEEDS WILL BE MET BY OUR ORGANIC GARDEN
We have started by sowing a profusion of herbs , local vegetables like radish, carrots, potatoes, varieties of lettuces and also English vegetables like cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli etc. in the organic garden.

We reached snowpod in the evening, the fact that each pod has a private deck was perfect for us as we wanted to see the miky way and other constillations in all their glory and snowpod made this possible. As me and my friend are photographers we were smitten with the flora and fauna of Chopta and couldn’t stop clicking. We have now booked a trip with our students to snowpod to commence our photography classes.
