The best part of the property is its location, the resort is away from the city's hustle and bustle. The property was very beautiful, neat, clean and very spacious rooms. We had an attached balcony with our room and the view from our room was breathtaking. The variety in both breakfast and dinner was quite good with delicious food and smiling serving staff. They have good choices in food starting from soup salads fruits main course sweet dishes. Not to forget the evening high tea along with delicious snacks like multigrain cookies,Namkeen ,bread pakoda and mind blowing views of mountains. Justa is so beautifully located that you don't need to go anywhere the Himalayas and valley views from our balcony is mesmerizing. At the Justa, I felt one thing so strongly that they didn't take their guest for granted.
They were very supportive in everything Dileep Kumar was very humble manager, Ganesh, Gajender and Neeraj were at restaurant who served us with lots of love and care, and the food was excellent. Thanks to all of you again. I will definitely visit again.

A dear friend {Mr. Ankit Vohra, Manager (Sales)} suggested Mukteshwar for our family holidays and he forced me to book Justa Mukteshwar Resort & Spa. So on 01st April 2023 in torrential rain we started our journey from Delhi. It is at a distance of only 320 kms but the last 4 / 5 kms is a back breaker and just wanted to turn around and go back but continued on the treacherous stretch. This was the best decision that I could have taken at that moment.
On reaching, we were welcomed by Mr. Dilip Yadav (Manager) and his welcome and warmth removed the fatigue instantly. He allotted us Room # 101 & 102 and in my opinion these are the best rooms at this property. We found that the room service, housekeeping and food are simply extraordinary and are of a better quality than one would expect at any five star property.
We requested for Jain food and as my Mother is a senior citizen and unable to walk all the team members ensured that we were all extremely well taken care off and even though we had opted for buffet meals, they served everything in our room. Unfortunately it was raining the whole day and they still served us with a smile and zero fatigue or complaints. This extra effort put in by the staff members meant a lot to all of us and personally I am indebted to them for taking care of us so well. Simply put, this place is a home away from home.
In the morning, we woke up to nice sunshine and the views from the rooms were simply exquisite. We got to see the Himalaya's mountain range and this solved our purpose of coming.
